This CD is specially designed to help overcome stress and anxiety.
The CD should be listened to every day to gain maximum effect. Within a short time you will be eased
into a state of mind that is calm and peaceful. This will provide you with an opportunity to look at
any problems you have and allow yourself time to work through them while in a state of relaxation.
Alternatively you can use this CD at night time to help you to drift off to sleep.
You will be guided into a state of relaxation by listening to the sound of my voice and simply sitting
or lying somewhere where you feel comfortable and safe.
The CD is not a substitute for medical care or for the changes that can be made in a full hypnotic session.
